Apple has released an advert that shows Santa using an iPhone 4S and Siri voice recognition technology to organise his gruelling Christmas route this year. Santa uses the iPhone 4S digital assistant to check the weather and find directions; he uses Siri to pull up the email containing the “naught or nice list” and even checks his messages from Mrs Clause reminding him to “go easy on the cookies.” When Santa asks his iPhone 4S: “How does the rest of my day look?” It responds: “You have 3.7 billion appointments.” Now that is a busy schedule!
